There are two ways to get rid of an IP conflict error

1. Reboot your router. Make sure you leave it off for 10 seconds before you turn it back on.

2. From the PC that is giving you the error open up a DOS window. Go to search or run at the bottom of the main Windows menu & type cmd then hit enter.
Then you need to type into the Black Dos Window that opens up;

Ipconfig /release then press enter. It will tell you some information then you need to type in;

Ipconfig /renew then press enter.

Either of these solutions should fix your problem.
