How To Stop Windows (Live) Movie Maker From Cutting The Last Few Seconds Off

Windows Movie Maker & Windows Live Movie Maker both can cut the last few seconds off video clips, if they are imported in to the program from a file type that isn't .wmv.

So to fix this problem simply convert any movie clips you want to edit into the .wmv format before importing into Movie Maker.
