This fix is for anyone who has lost the ability to remote into a computer using remote Web access;

This is a description of the symptoms;

1. End user authenticates ok via the portal and is presented with the "
 Remote Web Access: Remote Workspace...." page
2. End user attempts to click on "Connect" under "computers" and nothing happens

This is how to fix it

Edit (via NotePad) the web.config file in "C:\Program Files\Windows Small Business Server\Bin\WebApp\RemoteAccess
(When opening Notepad, right-click and Run as Adminstrator. Then use Notepad's Open dialog and open the web.config file from there)

Find the line <serviceHostingEnvironment aspNetCompatibilityEnabled="true" /> (Nearly at the bottom)

Change it to be (all one line) <serviceHostingEnvironment aspNetCompatibilityEnabled="true" minFreeMemoryPercentageToActivateService="0" />

Reboot your server or restart the WWW Pub service to activate this change.
