A whole company moved off VMware. Sage was down for 131 milliseconds.
A Slough manufacturer ran three ageing HP servers on ESXi and faced the Broadcom renewal. We built them a three-node Proxmox cluster with Proxmox Backup Server writing to a QNAP in their own building and an encrypted third copy with us, moved every virtual machine including the domain controller, and cut over in June 2026. Same apps, same logins, and their data in their own hands.
