Routers are configured to your standards, including any specific vpn or wep settings required for users to connect securely with your corporate network. They are then dispatched directly to your users via Royal Mail, so all they need to do is plug them in.
Dedicated support line which can be customised specifically for your users. Our trained staff will know exactly who they are and how to get them up and running as quickly as possible.
We can also give you web access to an online support database, listing how many calls we have received from your users, the most common problems, time spent on support calls and much more. A complete bespoke service to meet your company's needs.

MIGRATION
This service is for customers who already have Broadband ADSL but would like to switch to us.
Migration is now FREE
So if you are still paying £25 a month for a contract you signed up ages ago, or you are putting-up with a slow, unreliable service, with an inaccessible helpline, isn't it time you switched?
It's easy to switch to Caultex.
1. You will need to get a MAC (Migration Authorisation Code) from your current broadband provider. This is normally achieved by calling their cancellation line.
2. Ring us on 0844 80 40 123 with your MAC code.
3. We will provision your Broadband immediately. You can go on using broadband from your old supplier, until it ceases.
4. Then you plug in our router and you will be up and running on our broadband. Downtime is usually less than an hour and happens overnight. The switch will usually occur within 6-10 days from the date you ring us.
It is important you do not cancel your account with your existing broadband provider. If you do, you may be without broadband for several weeks while Caultex provisions your new line.
